These coaching sessions are a follow-up to the "Your Wheel of Life" exercise (See figure to the right). If you haven't already completed this exercise, contact Chris Mahan and ask for a complimentary call to go through this exercise together. He will email you a copy of the exercise then spend 30 to 45 minutes working through the exercise and helping you develop a strategy to begin finding balance in your life.
