These coaching sessions are a follow-up to the "Overcoming Limiting Beliefs" exercise. If you haven't already completed this exercise, contact Chris Mahan and ask for a complimentary call to go through this exercise together. He will email you a copy of the exercise then spend 30 to 45 minutes working through the exercise and helping you develop a strategy to begin overcoming the limiting beliefs that are holding you back in your personal and professional life.
